The National Partnership and Preterm, a leading nonprofit health clinic that provides abortion care and other sexual health services to women in Ohio, conducted a joint analysis and found that as of June 2016, 85 percent of the abortion restrictions pending in the Ohio legislature were based on lies. The National Partnership and the Progress Florida Education Institute, conducted an analysis that found that 64 percent of the abortion restrictions introduced in the state as of July 2016 were based on lies. Progress Florida advocates for progressive policies and is fighting for social justice, economic fairness, strengthening public education, health care reform, environmental protection, and much more. The digital ads pointed out the compounding burden of the many abortion restrictions the Florida legislature has enacted to block access to abortion care.
